– The order has been successfully placed but the product has not been received on time
– The product you received is used or damaged
– The product is not delivered as ordered
– Within 30 days from the date you received the goods from us.
– The product has not been used and is not damaged due to your fault
– Storage packaging, invoice and accompanying products (if any)
2. Shipping costs
You will be responsible for all costs of returning the package to us as well as the cost of resending. This fee is non-refundable.
In case you receive a defective package, please contact us immediately and provide evidence, we will verify and support a free return for you.
3. Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund you. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.
Note: This refund will deduct the shipping cost if the return is for your own reasons.
4. Late Refund
