1. Process

After you successfully place an order, we will confirm and finalize the order at 6pm (EST). You cannot change or cancel the order after the order has been processed. Please check and confirm the payment information carefully.

Processing time: We will process the order within 1-3 business days

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday

We will provide you with updates on your order via email.

We will update the order tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

2. Delivery time

Our standard delivery time is about 7 – 15 business days, excluding holidays

3. Shipping cost

5. Errors in receiving information
